Eat Smart, Move More, & Be Grateful Challenge

The Eat Smart, Move More & Be Grateful Challenge is a 5 week wellness challenge sponsored by Healthy Hawks - the Healthy Campus Wellness Initiative and Health 428: Public Health class taught within the Department of Health and Human Performance.  Teams will consists of 5 members. Each member will complete the registration form. Once we receive your registration form you will receive a link to the challenge tracking system. Each week members will individually submit their weekly accomplishments. You will be tracking your total number of miles for each week, your average servings of vegetables/fruits per day for the week and you will be keeping a gratitude journal.  Your tracking sheet must be submitted on Monday after each weeks tracking to receive points. Your scores will be average with those of your team mates. The team that wins the challenge will each receive a $50 gift card from Dicks Sporting Goods.  Smaller prizes will be given for the leading team of each week. The Challenge will begin on Sunday, March 10th and end on Sunday, April 14th.
